Gallery Audit
We went through every existing gallery alongside the Blue Hill Farm team, photo by photo, to see what the site was actually saying about the venue.
Where the Details Tell the Story

Blue Hill Farm is a wedding venue and bed-and-breakfast in Northern Virginia, hosting weddings throughout the year alongside overnight guests visiting the property itself. A venue like this sells a feeling before it sells a service — the light in a particular field at golden hour, the worn wood of a specific barn door — and that feeling lives or dies in its photography. Over time, Blue Hill Farm's website galleries had drifted from that feeling, mixing in photos that no longer matched where the venue and its brand had grown.
The venue's CMS galleries hadn't kept pace with Blue Hill Farm's own evolution, populated with older photos that no longer reflected its current identity alongside newer ones with no real curation between them. The challenge was to rebuild those galleries so they told one consistent story about the property, instead of a scattered one.
The solution was a full gallery overhaul: auditing every existing photo with the Blue Hill Farm team, removing what no longer fit, and building new galleries around the venue's actual details rather than a generic highlight reel. Video was added alongside the photography, so the property could be seen in motion — the way it actually feels to stand there during a ceremony, not just how it looks in a still frame.

At Blue Hill Farm, the venue and the details are the story — the specific field, the specific light, the specific corner where two people say their vows. The galleries were redesigned around that belief, giving couples enough of the property and its small, particular moments to actually picture their own day happening there.

Blue Hill Farm's galleries are now genuinely current — couples browsing the site see a venue that matches the one they'd actually be marrying in, not an outdated version of it. The updated galleries now do the job of a site visit before a site visit ever happens, showing exactly what Blue Hill Farm offers as a wedding venue.
